Nothing like a bunch of 15 year olds telling men how they should handle their life and run their businesses best. Everyone just thinks “Mike should go with Logan cuz they are best friends and he needs Logan to keep him humble and centered” - which is the exact way a child’s mind would analyze that decision and I understand why they believe that to be true. It’s the innocence of youth and lack of experience. If you look at the decision to move with Logan from a business standpoint, then Mike staying in CA is absolutely the right decision for him, and it is better for the podcast as well - I am not going to breakdown why this is true because it should be obvious to anyone capable of looking at the big picture objectively. Second thing - Logan is moving largely for the sake of boxing training - Mike is not heavily involved in that enterprise and the piece of that business he is involved in will be best served in LA as well. And for everyone that thinks he should just follow logan because Logan gave him his start in entertainment, well you again are just looking at everything with the type of jaded criticism that young people apply to anyone who gets assistance building a career in entertainment. Look kids... When you get older and start working on building your own career paths, you may be given opportunities by people you know - Maybe it is just a relative putting in a good word with an executive they know from a company you want a job with, or maybe someone in your network will have enough faith in you to back a business venture you want to pursue; let’s say someone you met at an old job has accrued some wealth and wants to invest in some entrepreneurial venture of yours.... For their investment, you give them a stake in the company you create, and when you find success that person will profit from your success - thus making it a good investment. Logan may be friends with Mike, but they are business partners. And when it comes to Mikes channels and his entertainment career; Logan gave him an opportunity and invested in a person he saw potential in... He undoubtedly owns a stake in all of Mikes TH-cam channels, and invested in Mike early on because he expected success - That investment has already paid off. Mike making wise business decisions; like remaining in LA; may be sad for them as friends to not hang out every day, but it will serve both of their busines interests, and with wealth comes opportunities - such as buying a private jet to travel back and forth between Puerto Rico and LA to hang out. I guess the moral of this rant is that we as viewers need to just enjoy the content and root for these folks; rather than dissecting every decision they make so we can assign blame to one of them... There doesn’t always have to be a bad guy in every situation.
