  • Evening Street Market Tour, Amnat Charoen Thailand.
Check out all the Amnat Charoen videos here: • Amnat Charoen
The tour of Issan is a 48 night (7 trips) tour of the region of northeast Thailand. During the tour, I made a video of everything I could get to, including tourist areas, important info like immigration offices, and anything I thought was interesting, like the food markets. This is a very long series of around 400 videos.

Great looking food. If the lady is really busy it generally means her food is the best. I wouldn't be interested in the clothes either. Best wishes Bob.

Very busy with locals is always a good sign of something good happening, I get bored very quick in a clothing market...lol

I was getting worried, starting to think I accidentally left the country, this market turned things around for me big time.

I enjoy that marketplace often when I am in Amnat Charoen. All the vendors are friendly and when they see me, they are are always smiling and welcoming. 9:33 I get the grilled intestine & head cuts, 11:00 the skewered chicken hearts & liver, 14: 06 & 15:02 that is my fruit cart(the female vendor knows what I want and helps me pick the best), 14:29 the grilled Isan sausage with ginger.
Thank you for doing a video of my favorite market that I frequent. Nice to see the familiar faces and food carts I'm so fond of.
There is another market at an intersection (I don't know the name). It's the one with a large image of the King on a billboard. It's another favorite of mine. It has the buffalo soup and oyster omelet. Delish!

@@lifeinthailand yes, I watched the morning market as well. I've ventured into the morning market for pork and cooked bamboo from a vendor. Its delicious and I ate a lot of it during that visit

So much good food, as for the Thai tamales, was gonna ask ya what the small ones contain, if rice, but the big ones have small steamed fish? But at 6:56 that guy is selling bacon on a stick or is it pork belly on a stick? Made my mouth water just thinking about the finished grilled bacon on a stick!

No tamales here, but the small ones are probably sticky rice and banana, I did a video on making them a few years ago, easy to do. No macon here but lots of delicious pork belly.

Peanut sauce on grilled meat is not a thing here, we do have a spicy peanut sauce for fish which is really good.

I have to laugh when like how like the girls at the start that were making the smoothies wear a glove to be clean,,, and that is good, but as you can see she then gets the coin change out with the glove hand as well,,,,LOL,, And such a different market to the last,, so happy ,, and you see when happy people come and buy from you,,, wonder why the other market was sad,,,lol,, hahaha yes i am the same as you there english and my thai.. LOL,, And the lady with no chair is busy because everyone needs peanuts with the beer and whiskey after a feed,,,LOL,,,

Steamed peanuts are getting very popular in the last couple of years, they have always been around but seem to be a lot more now, seems to be a good business.
