Decoiler / Uncoiler / Unroller. DIY, semi-compact, under $150.

it's not as good as a through-the-center decoiler, but it's cheap, space-saving, and has practically unlimited weight capacity (basic forklift wheels (bearings included) are rated for 2.5 tons each...making a 4 wheel uncoiler able to handle ~8 tons.
This particular unit can probably handle 2 or 3 tons, but if you use steel-centered load wheels or forklift wheels (hardly any difference in price) then you should be fine.
It's described as "semi-compact" instead of "compact" because this could be made with two sections of 6" u-channel instead of bothering with the center plate. I just didn't have the u-channel on hand, so I built this instead.
