I love how Dylan and Luke were waiting in anticipation for Shady and Patterz's confusion over a Gyarados or Regigas using Shell Smash, but those two jumped straight to acceptance and moved on with the battle

I would love to see you guys repeating this idea in the doubles format. The room of possibilities for fun strats is unending
I agree, and with other people or switch people around like next time team Dads being dudes (Dylan and shady) vs the Brits Luke and Pat or Dylan and Vinny against team kids Ryan and Frank etc. Bringing back people like NumbNexus would be amazing too.
Go full chaos with it, no one knows who their teammate is at first, everyone solo makes 3 fusions with each getting 1 legendary. Then names are drawn to determine the team's before the reveal of the mons in the battle. Do a few battles so there is some team mixups.
@@hanakoisbestgirl4752 Problem with that is that it leads to all kinds of uneven team building. When you don't know what your partner is doing, it ends up with repeating types, abilities, hazards, support Mon, etc.

you don't have to just predict your opponent, but also your teammate.

@@chadshowdown9382 Yeah so fun fact that 2D game that you've seen clips or videos of is actually a standalone fan-made game based on fire red, almost like a rom hack but instead you can downloaded it as an exe. For this series they hire artists and modelers to take the fusions they choose and draw, model, and put them into the game.

Fantastic choice to do a best of 3 set instead of just one battle; it really gives a chance for all the fusions to shine and for us to fully appreciate them, esp ones that go down quickly! Ik this type of content takes a while to make, but it's some of my favorite Pokemon content rn. The designs are always so cool and your personalities are just so fun to watch

Same. It's always bummed me out when the video just cuts to black immediately. I'd really enjoy seeing all four join in on the call and just chat about thought process and strategies they had while both hunting and battling.

This is genuinely one of the most hype ‘then we battle’ vids I’ve seen! It was so worth the effort, thank you to everyone involved! I was so rooting for the jolteon Nidoking the whole time lol, although Araquanid and metagross was probably my favourite fusion

I'm so genuinely happy that Jolteking was a kill button against almost everything on the opposing team. Sheer Force Life Orb is so cracked, especially on Jolteon's crazy high Speed and Sp.A stats.
It also helps that Jolteon is my favorite Eeveelution and Nidoking is my favorite Ground-type.
It also had a great match up into their team because it hit all but Malapult for super effective STAB damage and even then I think with ice beam it may have been able to 2 shot it (although it did have assult vest so Im not 100% sure it 2 shot).
Love the best 2 out of 3 to showcase the fusions more where it starts off blind and by the end yall know each other's sets for the most part

This was such a wholesome video, the artwork is SUPER FABULOUS. Not to mention match 1 groudon madness mania along with illusions trickery in match 2 and 3 were on point, this should happen another time in the future but with tobin and vinny as a team

The Fusions are so sick!
I really love these fusion battles. The team aspect of these is also really nice as we get to see a more in depth look at strategy and the thought process behind all the choices you make; stuff that either you just don't think to mention on your own, or don't what to clue your opponent into during a normal 1v1.
All that being said though, I think my favorite aspect of this vid over most of your others, is the best of 3 format. It felt like we got to see more of what all of them were capable of(except poor Weezgar), and it felt less luck based.
