    I actually managed to cure my knee pain with a less conventional method and haven’t had it since luckily, good to see you back and crushing it 💪

      As long as you’re not experiencing it, the method doesn’t matter! This is my favorite method for reversing it 💪🏻

    LEZZGOOOO appreciate this man, I’ve been dealing with JK for years now and recently started seeing an EP and got all the education about isometrics and proper load management!

    If you’re in a season or have to play games what would you do?

    • @ConnorMcKeown
      @ConnorMcKeown  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends on the severity. If it’s minor, I would temporarily reduce my minutes to just a few per game. Perform those isometrics before practice/games, and then slightly increase your minutes played each week. If it’s severe, you might have to temporarily stop playing all together and work your way back incrementally. Spend more time working on skills than playing or dunking.

    Hi I have had jumpers knee for a long time and I’m talking about like 8 months I had no idea what to do because I had tryouts for my season and I couldn’t miss them so I had to cut rehabilitation short and the pain never fully went away. It doesn’t hurt when I am in the zone but when I get out of that zone it begins to hurt. I am now playing aau and am arguably the best player on my team. The season is just beginning and I am a senior. I am not expecting to play next year but want to enjoy this season because it is most likely my last. And without me playing we will probably lose every game (not to be cocky but my team isn’t that good). Should I just play through it and start rehabilitation following the season when I’m done with sports or just rehabilitate now? I really just don’t want knee pain forever you know?

    I have two weeks left in my season and my jumpers knee hasn’t gone away since December should I stop or tough it up and then start recovery after the season is over

    • @ConnorMcKeown
      @ConnorMcKeown  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tough decision. Try to keep the minutes to a minimum and get through the season. You can rehab once the season is over

    This wasn’t the best video dude… start with isometrics then isotonics then load then return to sport.
