Pirharri the smuggler had a choice of being a normal size cat like my banker and merchant. I wish ESO had kept the cat as a choice for her, since I have ezabi and the other cat.
How about a Cyrodiil-only companion that you can level-and-gear up. Maybe you can't summon him, but need to hire him at your base every time you use him, for a small AP fee.... But, if you think the lag is bad now, just wait to see how bad this would make it. Oh well.
1st one is not hidden nor a vendor. By definition vendor has to sell something - this NPC gives items away. 2nd not hidden at all - they just stend there right as you walk in to Cyro.... 3rd ey? this is not hidden - its non-existant - as it was removed as bug/exploit. 4th yeah this one I guess fits definition of vendor and is somewhat hidden. 5th this is by no means hidden... you get it just by doing main story quest in a DLC.

I mean I know this is mostly Symantec’s but 1st one is hidden behind a perk - and is coded as a vendor. 2nd is pretty hidden in that I get about a hundred questions a day on where you buy the individual books for a house 3rd being removed in 2014 seems a lil hidden so I though it would be cool and for the 5th one less than 2% of players have the achievement for completing the thieves guild main storyline so I figured few would know about this vendor 🤷♂️

Step 1. join cyro, step 2. see the vendors. 3. Also you can see the smugler in your collection list and it will tell you how to get him if you mouse over.

Second point I mean by that logic no vendor is hidden because you can just go to the zone and bam they’re there - and lots of people don’t know about all the cyro vendors And Xbox live achievements you can see how many people have them And I appreciate the feedback I’m not trying to come off as rude but for example when I did a poll a year ago 40ish percent of my audience didn’t even know about the GOLDEN vendor so I assume that there’s a wide range of experience in my audience and I try to accommodate to everyone

That smuggler needs her 35% fee changed. Makes no sense to grind the thieves guild and get stuck with an IRS agent as your fencer.

Sidenote, the Dark brotherhood vendor is the only way to get some unique furnishings and one of the Leads for the Mask of Sithis.
A great polymorph you can get as well. Underated dlc imo lol
