LAP JOINT PIPE FLANGE w/ STUB END in AutoCAD 3D

A Lap Joint Flange is a pipe fitting that has 2 components: The Stub End which is welded to the pipe and a flange that can slide through the welded pipe. AutoCAD 2016 is being used in this tutorial.
