See it’s not about skintone or anything, yes she is not conventionally good looking but that doesn’t matter. It all ends at Confidence, Acting Skills and Strong Screen Presence, which she lacks majorly and she really needs to work on that. SRK was also never conventionally good looking but man he has LOTS of Confidence, Great acting skills & crazy screen presence even as a side actor in his initial days. Actors camera k saamne awkward na lagen is hi liye camera tests aur auditions hote hain. Lekin ye nepo wastes kahan kch karte hain ye sirf apne mummy pappa ko bolte hain, humen ye wali film dilwao and done. More than half these nepo kids have no voice presence, no screen presence, no expressions. Because first they can't act, second they have so much plastic surgery it is so off putting.

I dont understand. Suhana has a pretty light skintone. Like i understand she is more on the tanned side and is a few shades darker than ananya or shanaya but I think we can all agree that indians have a VERY wide range of skintones and most of them are on the darker side. If i go on a walk, i can easily see atleast a 100 people having a very dark skintone. Suhana sill falls on the lighter side of the range if i compare her to the average citizen of our country. Suhana Khan’s problem is not skin tone. Her problem is below average looks. Shape of face and sharpness of features really matter on screen whether you are nepokid or not! Shanaya ki Hindi jaisi bhi hogi, as long as she can act and dance well, she can make it. Look at Nora Fatehi and Sunny Leone, Bollywood has room for all. Katrina has become one of the top bollywood actresses now, her acting has improved over the years and dancing skills are out of this world, unmatched by any other actress in my opinion. Would never have happened if audience hadn't given her a dozen chances. She also had backing by Salman Khan. However, her Hindi still sucks even after two whole decades in the hindi industry, and her dialogue delivery limits the kind of roles she can play. Still she managed to work her way to the top with discipline, passion and commitment. Shanaya should take a leaf out of her book and work her ass off.

They can continue to deny it all they want but a major reason why Suhana receives so much hate is due to colourism and as you’ve said her not being conventionally attractive(this isn’t too say that she’s ugly, I think she’s gorgeous). She has faced scrutiny for her looks and skin colour ever since she was a child and we all know that if she was lighter skinned she would not be facing as much scrutiny. Ananya was mean to Tara Sutaria in debut year of student of the year 2. But, yes her acting has improved. Suhana is actually the few star kids who is technically qualified to act because she has studied acting formally and has the degree. She's also very nice if you ever notice - from childhood till now, she has always been good to people around her, treating all with respect. That part is not pr, because she is a person with morals. Acting wise, I liked her acting in her student movie but not Archies. I think she will do well, she has a very soothing voice. It is not a good idea to keep pushing star hero's kids in the same career when people are not able to accept it. Even though Kajol's daughter did a complete make over plastic surgeries people are some how unable to look at few people as main leads or heroine materials due to the taste that they have for diff looks. somehow it worked a bit for Janvi Kapoor but still many people can't relate her as a main lead and can't accept completely. I dont understand. Suhana has a pretty light skintone. Like i understand she is more on the tanned side and is a few shades darker than ananya or shanaya but I think we can all agree that indians have a VERY wide range of skintones and most of them are on the darker side. If i go on a walk, i can easily see atleast a 100 people having a very dark skintone. Suhana sill falls on the lighter side of the range if i compare her to the average citizen of our country. The lack of representation of dark brown skintones in bollywood is pathetic. Like they are having a hard time to digest just olive skintone. Ridiculous!

Suhana Khan’s problem is not skin tone. Her problem is below average looks. Shape of face and sharpness of features really matter on screen whether you are nepokid or not! Even Kajol was dark when she entered industry, but she really struck a chord with audience with her beautiful eyes and sharp features! Same goes for Rani and Bipasha.

Exactly!! This creator and the many commenting on this video are very hypocritical and ignorant. They can continue to deny it all they want but a major reason why Suhana receives so much hate is due to colourism and as you’ve said her not being conventionally attractive(this isn’t too say that she’s ugly, I think she’s gorgeous). She has faced scrutiny for her looks and skin colour ever since she was a child and we all know that if she was lighter skinned she would not be facing as much scrutiny. It’s all jealousy and misdirected anger from these people. This girl hasn’t even done anything wrong to warrant this type of anger and hatred.
