Ako rin kasi, plus, I also teach there (up to the present). :) At maraming bagay kang sinasabi that I resonate with: 2019, I was diagnosed too with anxiety and panic disorder after several series of medical tests dahil bigla na lang akong naha-high blood (akala ko dati high blood lang), nahihilo, o kinakabog ang dibdib, o parang magpa-pass out. And it took several months of me cluelessly going through the weirdest symptoms (and reading several books on it, eventually) before things began to feel less cruel and less antagonistic. Acceptance, finally. And faith that I'm never alone in this. Whenever you talk about mental health, that is what you make me feel, among other mindfulness habits I've developed through the last few years. I admire you for being so open and for having a very grounded outlook on several issues/topics. And I wish you all the best! PS: Kudos din to Ms. Snooky. It was so lovely listening to her as well in this conversation.
