I like how everyone automatically assumes the Meowscular chef is going to cook, if you’re the head chef you only rarely cook for just one person, the other chefs cook and you as the head chef oversee, especially if it’s a canteen like this
@@tadferd4340 Not really, more like depends on the size of the restaurant even if it's Japanese restaurant, if the kitchen only have like 5-6 cooks normally the head chef would cook as well, but if it's way bigger than that then the task of a head chef is more on monitoring and making sure the procedures being followed while the leading of cooking is given to sous chef (sushefu in Japan) or chef de cuisine, and head chef is the one who provides all the recipes and menu as well.. But there are some occasions where the head chef would directly cook, like in teppanyaki and sushi for example, head chef normally cooks for the VIP customer..
Impression it always gave me was just his skills are only needed for the biggest and most extravagant dishes so he just oversees and does the final touch for the lower tier meals.

That's why in Portable 3rd we had hot spring drinks, in Generations-Ultimate we had the fondue skewers and now in Rise the dangos. They could break that tradition in the game after Wilds but who knows.

Poor girl didn’t see the meat cube kabob plunged in a plank near the fish. There’s even meat in the soup. God Noel and everyone else in this video can be so adorable (well except the male ones)

(in the culinary sense) Sea foods and land food are given different names as they're extremely different, meat generally refers to white and red meat from mammals and reptiles (Tho usually just mammal), poultry being avians, and Fish meat is... just called fish lol If you say 'Meat' to a chef its shorthand for " domestic mammal" basically (Pig, cow, sheep, goat but non-exotic) Cooking terms make no god damn sense
