Hey mate.. I got the 104009 as my first RC in a long time. Really liked it. Took it bashing, I guess a little too much. Chassis snapped, center rod fell out. I'm thinking for my skills and time, it's not worth fixing. Does thing thing take a better beating? I believe the metal arms VS plastic Chassis is a weak point on the 104009. I have also recently got the 12416 which is stupidly quick. Looking for a car for my little boy, perhaps this one is the go. A main consideration would be if it fits the same 2s 2600s that suit the 104009 and 12416. Thanks for any help :)
