The boundless splendor of the billion-fold Saha Universe,
བདག་ལུས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་བསོད་ནམས་དགེ་རྩ་བཅས༔
DAK LÜ LONG CHÖD SO NAM GÉ TSA CHÉ
Along with my own body, wealth, merit, and virtue-
ཡོངས་རྫོགས་བཀོད་པ་མཛེས་ལྡན་མཎྜལ་འདི༔
YONG DZOK KÖD PA DZÉ DAN MANDAL DI
To perfect the two accumulations, I offer all of this

Can we do all the 37 if we are new to this or only stick to the surface level of 7?

@@MarkoSrbija01 Hello Marko as I know you do the practice of the Surface 7 as an accumulation of merits, it is for yourself (you do it every day until you reach one hundred thousand to finish the Ngondro requirement).
For the 37 heaps you can do it everyday or once a week, a month and put it on your shrine as an accomplishment mandala.
You can do both but the Surface 7 is your everyday practice.

Thank you so much for the teaching! It is rather difficult to see in the video how you make the heaps with relation to singing the mantra. Do you sing particular part of the mantra for each heap or is it unrelated -> you just need to finish 7th heap by the end of the mantra? Is it 1 mantra = 7 heaps = 1 mala bead?
