The only ones that were laughing were the left wing media. Brexit and Trump were a shot across the bow for the WEF, UN, Brussels and UN. The very same entities that are controlling the Biden regime right now.
Xi promised to take Taiwan down before hes done. If that happens and the Saudis see that the deal with Kissinger is dead along with Petrol Buck, the US loses the reserve currency.
Russia just signed a deal with the Saudis for military in Aug. The wheels are in motion.
China and Russsia are loading up on gold. China is coming out with a CBDC early next year in the hopes of looting the reserve currency. Hillary and Obama made some enemies a long time ago and they are now coming back atchya.

That real estate horror story broke my heart, man. My heart goes out to you for that time, but as you said, that was a crash course in "Real Estate Investing 101" the hard way. My goodness, I would have almost walked away from the market after that and said, "Yeah, there has to be another way to earn income without dealing with people like that anymore." City property inspectors just coming up with items that need fixing at the property just so they can continue to get paid. That sounded so predatory!
Fortunately there are REITs (real estate investment trusts) that don't deal with actual people, just the income and mortgages of commercial properties, but those aren't as lucrative short-term (or even long-term) as directly dealing with real estate properties. Still, there are avenues to get into real estate if you choose to go that route. Nice video, Jaspreet! I learned a good bit here from you. :)

This also messed up their credit report.

20 years compounding at 7-8% may create a million dollars but you wouldn't be able to retire at 40 with a million, so there is a big difference between comfortable life (which can be built with saving), and wealthy life, which requires much more effort, proper training, entrepreneurial skills & creating a passive income for yourself (INVESTMENTS) etc. It's a quantum leap between those two lifestyles. 90% of people are capable of the former, but not many are up to for the latter.

Not true at all regarding the first example of real estate investment. If you get that home for $150k in today's market most likely it's gonna be a super tiny home or a super beat up one, so you'll have to inject more cash on top of the actual cost. Also, it will probably be located in a bad area so good luck getting those $1500 a month for rent. And letting that aside for a minute, if you get a $150k loan with today's interest rates... Those $1500 you'll get as a rent will not cover the mortgage payment so you'll have to inject money of your own every single month to cover it, and if something breaks or the tenants are not what you expect and cause trouble, stop paying the rent, etc. You'll be underwater in no time. So I am not an analyst by any means and I don't like to contradict him but I would stay away from the real estate market at least for now until things get better. With today's exorbitant prices and interest rates at this level is a big no. Just say thank you but no thanks

Jaspreet, first point seems incorrect.. It is not a question of you getting a property in $150k but of getting a tenant for $1.5k per month for the said property.. which makes the yield of 12% which you don't get in US.. real estate yield in US hovers around 2.75% which means approx $ 350 per month..

I like the idea of buying physical gold and silver. My question is what would be the first place to start? Where would u recommend purchasing these types of commodities? This may seem like a dumb question but the only time Ive bought gold or silver has been at a jewelry store and Im pretty sure thats not the right place to buy for an investment.

Or you can save up a 20% down payment and leverage the rest. So instead of trying to save $150,000 you save up $35000 for down payment and closing costs and you buy a property for $150,000. It’s important to run all the numbers and know how much you can rent it for in the end. If your cash on cash return isn’t matching the s&p 500 average return to me then the property isn’t worth the headaches that can come with owning that property

How do you suggest I can start investing, I work fulltime but after I pay my bills, (rent, gas & electric, wifi, phone, car ins, water, food, daycare) I only have about $100 a week left over. I had a second job always but most of the money just went to child care expense so I could work. I feel like I can never get ahead. I dont have cc bills I dont have a car note to pay so theres nothing to cut out I just need more income but I would love to invest. I went to school and have an accounting degree and it’s still not enough. 😫

I'm not really a big fan of real estate investing. I have plenty of friends who own rental properties that got screwed by squatters which offset years of cash flow profits. That being said, I would still buy a rental property to diversify my investments. Currently, my stock portfolio is heavy Index Funds, ETFs, and REIT (another way of investing in real estate). I plan on adding dividend stocks. When the market hits a downturn, that cash flow from the rental property will still be there. Also, you can sell your primary house (has to be primary to minimize capital gain taxes) when the market is high and move into your rental property (which will now be your primary). When the market crashes eventually, buy another rental property for less. Repeat every 7-10 years and you can make serious profit.

    diversify
    real estate
buy rental properties both commerical and residental
    buy and flip houses.
stocks: buy stocks you can trade and sell for a profit, buy stocks you hold for dividend.
cash flow plus resell at a profit.
