I forgot to mention that you should always fill up your shock with nitrogen, the air shown in the video is just for testing purposes. Your local dealer or motorcycle shop should be able to do that for a small fee.
U should have enough pressure for the bladder to take it’s shape. 10 psi should be enough (I went as far as 25) but I don’t recommend going that high as I have no knowledge on how much pressure they can hold in a non pressurized environment
