Aap cups k hisaab se sab exact measurements liye dear? I'm just wondering why the roats came out hard. Did you use enough ghee or butter ? Maida toh zyada nahi leliye aap ? Sahin bake nahi karne se bhi hard hosakte. Aap ko agar still help chahiye toh please send me pic of baked roats and remaining batter pic on instagram. So that I can guide you better. Yes sure do try this out. Thankyou No need to adjust anything if you're taking 2 cups flour and 1 cup semolina. But if you are taking flour & semolina both to 1 cup then reduce everything else to half the quantities. I hope this is helpful to you.
Thankyou for trying my recipe. It turns hard due to loss of moisture in it. It's important to store in an airtight container and best to wrap the roats individually like most of the hyderabadi bakeries do. You can use cling film to wrap them up.
Yes dear on convection mode you can bake roats. Be mindful if you're baking cookies for the first time. Keep an eye and check after 8-10mins. Baking for too long can make the roats harder

Hi there! Firstly,Thanks for trying out my recipe. How much did you add baking powder or soda ? Adding more than the required amount of baking powder/ soda OR Kneading the dough for longer duration can cause it to incorporate more air inside & hence fluffs up

Yes always pre heat oven @160 for atleast 15 mins then while baking increase it to 180 @@vrushalishinde1065

180 pe bake kariye dear for atleast 20mins and check kariye. If you feel it's not baked properly then bake for more 10mins. (On convection mode)

I have one problem...roats are baking perfectly but the butter paper was not coming out...it's sticks to the buttom of roat...have any suggestions???
Apply some oil/butter/ghee to your butter paper & then place roats and bake, should come off easily.
