Motorola edge 40 neo is basically the same as the Motorola edge 40, only 3 or 4 differences, the neo version is cheaper and has better RAM - 12GB, and the exact same camera quality, so just get the edge neo because of such little difference, you won't feel any difference.
Main Difference is the wireless charging . But compromise in battery department . Very difficult to select one. Neo has 5000mah but edge 40 has 4400mah battery 🔋. Wireless charging is req. In 40 neo

Sólo puso que era mejor el Neo por el precio, y no tiene nada que ver, porque al ser más caro, es mejor y el Edge 40 está comprobado que es mejor que el Edge 40 Neo, mas que nada por el procesador.

Performance is the main thing, without proper performing non of the features would work correctly....so comparing to all the new or cool what ever features it comes up with, will not give a reasonable choice.imo.. Anyways the information here is excellent
don't buy motorola phones there service is not good single minor dot on frame body also they said your warranty gone within 2 months I am facing calling issue since I purchased. service center and customer care no one helped me within 2 months
I am not getting application notification instantly in Motorola edge 40 Neo. There is lagging in notifications. Is there any one who is facing the same issue ?? Kindly help me to resolve it..
I had that problem, but i turned off the smart battery thing that puts apps to sleep automatically. Sometimes Messenger, snap, etc gets placed into sleep then you wont her shit before you open up the app

en los primeros moto G, motorola era propiedad de google, por eso tenian tan buenas prestaciones, android puro y constancia de actualizaciones, en un punto google vio que no estaba siendo tan rentable la compañia de motorola y decidieron venderla (se quedaron con muchas patentes de motorola que usarian en el futuro con sus pixel), en este momento fue cuando lenovo decidio comprarla y bueno..... ellos llevan la compañia ahora, el ritmo de actualizaciones de sistema cayo muchisimo, los equipos ya no tienen la misma relacion precio/prestaciones que los caracterizo en su momento

Where are you getting that the edge 40 has GG5? GSMArena and Motorola themselves state no GG on the Edge 40

Open settings and find battery, then there should be something called smart optimization or something similar so you can check on\off
Thats fixed it for me, and havent really noticed any difference in battery life
