I remember some lovely days by the Dart when at college in Dartington, Totnes is a characterful place and this brought some lovely memories back. Amazing detail, beautiful!

Awe Poppy🥰 gosh, I would love to sit with you guys and paint... mine would look like a 1yr old.... 6month old😬... did it, but it still seems like a very lovely afternoon :)
During the beautiful time of year where I am, mosquitoes from all over come to see me and love to be close to me, so close they get me through clothes, on my face😢 and I swell up in... well, not so comfortable. I need vats of itch cream😂 and still no good. Shea butter helps some, but, 😊 I love how many birds are in the forest around my house and go out to listen even though I'm covered in bites in a few minutes. My husband, that brat maybe gets 1 bite that goes away in a few hours... so, I end up having to choose which trees or flowers I want pics of and go out and take a ton... I mean a ton, people think I'm crazy, but, I like to see how they look underneath, all sides, top, or trees, details of the bark or knots I love, and close ups of the buds as new leaves are ready... I tend to love the more crazy or messed up stuff😊 but, then I go back in asap. Haven't found a spray I don't become allergic to by the 2nd use🙄🤦🏻♀️ I know... that's the very tip of the iceburg with this body of mine... but, I still love all of it... this body isn't very nice to me, but I can deal as long as I have beautiful things to look at and there are plenty of those!!!
Some being videos like these because on days when I can't stand or use my hands great, I can still watch beautiful things being made on here :)

Your paintings remind me of my grandfather's and my mother's paintings. It's all the little details that remind me of them. It's giving me a weird nostalgic feeling to see those paintings again. I've since moved out so I don't see my mom as often but I wanna see her soon.
