Glad you got through the trip without any bad symptoms
I liked the airplane video clips; added the sense of travel to the story

I am just in the process of figuring out with my psychiatrist if I have bipolar. But it does seem like I do have bipolar 2, as it is stands now, but I haven’t been offically diagnosed yet. Your channel helps me a lot. Thank you!❤

Hi Bipolar 1 here! I swam today but got a broken 6 hours of sleep. I just started a new job, it’s a big change. I get tired, but I have anxiety and feel wired. I’m thinking of lowering my Prozac instead of upping my Abilify but only with my doctor’s approval. I’m very worried about not sleeping right the night before, but trying my best to stabilize….

I’ve been there. ❤️ Hope you’re doing better now. The not sleeping makes me so nervous too.

The hiccup was the issue with the coworker near the end.

I'm also bipolar. Do you find yoga helpful? I did yoga and breathing exercise for quiet a long time which worsened my symptoms

I’m sorry to hear that yoga worsened your symptoms. I think yoga helps me when I have the patience to do it.

@@ourbipolar May be i was doing it wrong. Anyway I've stopped doing it now. I understood my manic episodes clearly by seeing your videos. I never considered some of my behaviours as symptoms of bipolar at all. Thank you so much to you for that
