I never tried the old formula bc it contained silicones, and I won't try the new one for the same reason. But I at least understood that Cover FX was one of those brands known for their full coverage, performance-driven formulas. While I was never their target audience (I have dry sensitive skin, I much prefer the current trends of dewy/natural/lightweight/skincare hybrid makeup) I always appreciated that they did what they did well. Now it seems like they're departing from their own lane but also not executing the current demand for more natural looking/feeling make up either. And the shade range? 🥴 I'll keep repsurchasing my LYS and Kulfi concealers!
Since you mentioned that you used the PowerPlay concealer for your wedding, can you do a wedding inspo makeup video with what products you would use today?
I had a terrible experience recently with ordering from them direct. So much so that part of my order was missing. When I asked for a refund they told me to send a photo. 🧐Their new setting spray is good I will say. They had some good stuff before. The luminous blush was years ahead. 5:08 the shade range is nuts.

Im so upset about it! Why mess with perfection? The new concealer is fine but by no means as good. So sad! Now I’m back to the drawing board to replace their old concealer

Love the kulfi concealer. Also the LYS concealer shade range is amazing! So sad cover FX shade range isn’t as amazing as it used to be 💚
