How do you create the theme blocks where you can click and see what you have done in for example „CTB“, where you can see all the lessons of CTB ??? I‘m lost since 2 hours
Hi, this is my first time watching this video and i noticed your comment, I don’t know if you still need this advice or guidance or whatever, but it’ll hopefully benefit someone watching. So from what i can gather and what I know about notion, she just treated a new page and linked the different pages back to the new CBT page.
Great Video! I am starting medical school in two weeks. I have questions regarding how you can organize the "themes" on the top of your page. How can you sync each type of lecture from the table into those themes on the top of the page? Do you have to manually add each lecture from the table into the theme list, or is there a way that it automatically moves there? I hope this makes sense. Thank you!

Hi, i think that she linked them manually by creating a page and then doing /linked page and just inserting the pages that have the specific correlated tag. I've been trying to figure it out myself aswell but I don't think it's automated because she doesn't have relation properties in the blocks. I might be wrong though

so maybe you figured it out by now, but if not I think I know what she did. If you have a database with all your lecture notes, you have to create a column in that database to tag them with whatever categories you want to sort them in. Then you create a page with a list view and select your database. You should now be able to have a list of all the lectures in your database. In order to only have the lectures for that category visible, you have to filter by tags where you can select the category. I hope the explanation is somewhat helpful.
Hi, please explain how you convert notion toggles to flashcards. I've used the 2anki website plugin however they limit the number of toggles per page which can be converted and often times pictures included in the answer are omitted.

I've been doing notion for the past 3 years and it's been such a great experience. Nice video. Also something else, in case you didn't know, is that you can create columns under toggles as well. (which i found incredibly useful) Basically, you just need to add the content under the toggle that you want, and then turn the toggle into a page, go inside create columns as you would in a normal page, and then go back and turnn that page back into toggle. I don't know if that was clear 😅 but hope everyone gets it.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it! At the beginning it took me a while to organise 😅 maybe about a month or so until I felt happy with it, but it was definitely worth it!

how did you add screen shots and pics by creating vertical divider , I want to do that but can't.
