My husband has Already gone to Australia on this visa and now we want to apply for my visa. The thing is that I'm expecting a baby and I'm due in a month. It would be great if you could guide us so we can do things as fast as possible. I have 2 questions

My 476 visa application is pending submitted on 31 october 2023
Sir is it possible to file a case in Australia according to court and law rules to approach australia government that they should grant 476 visa pending application because they have promised that they will grant but not fulfill their promise. Their decesion has scattered the dream and life of many 476 visa applicant. Many are depressed with this decesion. Please also make video on your youtube and give suggestion that by collecting money from all 476 visa pending applicant and pay fee to australia lawer to file a case that they they should grant visa because 476 visa applicant especially pending applicant are very depressed.

You cant do anything as everything has been decided and finalised as per law. You cant push one department for another. Whatever they have decided, they have legitimate power and reasoning.
Just wait and pray till mid 2024 as it is capped for now and not ceased.
No grant after 15 January and home affairs said clearly in different mails that subsequent is also capped

Applicants who are on further assessment will also not get the grant as they are already accessed and department demanded for medical before the cap.

It can’t be the case. As grants were coming before so that’s why. But now nothing will come up till june 2024

That’s my guess too. Hopefully, they will prioritise engineers now since healthcare and teaching got their invites on 65pts. Shouldn’t be many applicants left in the pool for these occupations.

Salam mujahid bhai refund k liye apply karden ya 31 st ka wait karen? Har cheez complete hai lekin 7 dec ko visa application lodge ki thi 476 kiya wait karna chahiye ya refund karwalen or agar refund ka ap suggest kartey hain toh do tell about the process in video please.
