Gogeta aged pretty damn well, his disrupts with the blast counter and the fact that with his age some people forget his kit makes him quite deadly!
In my experience he dies before that

Goresh, UGB cancels endurance and gets his vanish back on rush. He doesnt go type neutral on rush,UVB is the one who does that

Still my fav ultra to this day. Might have fallen off in terms of kit but animations are still pretty sick. And i firmly believe him with uvb is best combo. Uvb for start of the match and ugb for late match clutches.
I can assure he has not fallen off kit wise just defensively he can’t tank cuz that’s how the game works

@@celestialgamer6451 Given that he’s yellow he can easily get sniped out at the slightest misplay. Plus most units are oppressive right from start to finish. Gogeta takes too long to get his damage so you need another main damage dealer until his damage goes up. You can’t build a team around Gogeta being the main unit.

I remember one year ago, I pulled for UGB going in expecting to not pull em, getting em off the first Step two. Used em in PvP and hoped he would age well. I think he has aged well in terms of what he can do. Going Neutral on the green card and getting vanish back is neat.
Him being designed to be stronger at the end of a fight when next to UVB who is better at the beginning of the fight (which was obvious that was their intent)
Makes sense in canon as well
VB used all his power in start of fight with zamasu that he defused faster
While gogeta was slowly using his power he started to use more ever since broly started growing close to him which took some time

6:06 UGB doesn't go Type Neutral on RR. UVB goes type neutral. Purple's took a big L since UL UI Goku released. Barely see them in PvP. Although this UGB has aged the best from the last year units.
He's definitely still quite good as long as you can keep him from getting sniped by ui goku or the much less common golden freiza
Just looking at UGB reminds me of the disrespect LF GB is getting he is 3 years old now and doesn't have zenkai or even a unique equipment 😢

Blu Beast UGB 17 Tag 4,s have all Aged magnificently! recently pulled UGB actually & man hes still really good individually as a unit hes definitely has taken a sit in this meta but individually ugb is still very powerful.

6:06 I don’t recall Gogeta getting type neutrality upon activating rising rush. You can see after Goresh has his rush guessed, the damage dealt shows a downwards arrow aka type disadvantage.
What Gogeta does get is endurance nullification and restoration to his vanish gauge. It’s Ultra Vegito that goes type neutral on rush alongside endurance nullification.

WTH his dmg after 150/120 is still insane he 1v3 with UGB 3-4 matches out of 6. and with that setup he gets enough support to do stuff + pikkon is really good in general. like the idea and happy to see UGB can still make new caracter looks old :)

besides Ultra UI being a yellow this meta is one of the best for UGB. the matchs going on for so long allows him to get his 120 timer count abilities very consently. That was one of his main problems before, matchs ended before he got 120 and most of the time he didn't even get his 150.
I have never seen someone play this perfectly with UGB against UL UI 🗿🗿🗿
Ugb is my favorite unit, I’ve been using him since I first pulled him (January 4th, still remember 😭) I’ve never stopped using him, I’ll admit I used teams without him on them many many times but he’s always my go to whenever I want to or just cause I like him a lot

He aged well, and his teams never tend to get bad.
Him being on movies and fusions make him almost never age out.
He’ll age out probably on the next anni, but as of now?
He is still usable once you play him right.

I think Gogeta aged so well is a mixed of being ahead of his time and the power creep not jumping like last year. There was no Beast Gohan like released. Also helps that Yellow didn't get many god-tier releases this year. The closest we came before UI were Kid Buu and the Gammas, and then they got checked by Vegito Blue.
Imo gogeta is still really really good, but it also depends if 60 counts have passed or not since he gets a lot better after 60 counts.
