I bought the brown version recently ….love the truck other than the tires are too big….
Me having a variety of RC vehicles and spare parts, I swapped a set of 4.85 tires and aluminum wheel on it! Looks so much better even tho it might sacrifice ground clearance some!

My TRX4 defender was top heavy and concerns with rolling. I was wondering with the additional inch height if this rolls or tips?
For how tall it is its not bad at all right out of the box

Yes you can pre-order but non Traxxas exclusive stores will start receiving June 1st by what I read and been told by Traxxas.
@@racebashplay Just got the call, my F150 is at the RC store but they can't release it to me until Friday 3/3. Can't wait to pick it up on Friday.
You would think Traxxas would have learnt from the Chevrolet K10 that those tires are just too big . Don't like the body clip at all can't put a different style Body on there nothing else will fit not even the Chevrolet bodies that have clips .. like the Chevrolet I'll have to pass on this one too

I'm just hoping the TRX4 High Trail Ford F150 ‘79 Ranger body fits my High Trail Chevy K10 Cheyanne 79 TRX4 chassis without costly or time-consuming modifications.

Maybe just adjusting front and rear bumper mounts.
I have the k10. But deeply want this body
