NB: For the people enquiring about the actual scoville rating, I've no idea frankly. I said 'approaching a million SHU' because naga ghost chilli is generally accepted to be between 800,000 SHU and 1.1 million SHU. It felt unpleasant but given that you're allowed to drink, nothing too brutal.
