This isn't the first time I've heard someone say that... Yuu and Mika are not really biological brothers nor are they related by blood... They have never shown Yuu and Mika referring to each other as "brothers" in the anime... They only call each other "family" because they lived in the same orphanage once which was actually a laboratory... Mika usually calls Yuu his "family" or his "old friend" in the anime... Also brothers don't have an intimate blood drinking scene nor do they hold hands like Mika and Yuu did in episode 10 of season 2 of Owari no Seraph...
