Hi, I got one of those 8 years ago and works fantastic but also have a pool guy so, I don't use it al the time.. My issue now is that I bought a handheld remote control in Amazon but I don't how to pair them to work together? Any help? Not enogh instrussions, how to charge it or replace batteries?.
From what I remember, this is how you pair a new remote: First, on the new remote control, HOLD the power button for 3 seconds. This turns the remote on. Second, PLUG IN the head unit/control panel, it should display the operating time. Third, PUSH both the OK button AND CANCEL button at the same time over and over again for about 6 seconds. If that works, the display says something like "good" on it and then goes back to the operating time and now the new remote should be paired. Hope that works!
