Everything this guy is saying about the apparatus has been being done for years none of the stuff the was “ custom made “ has been utilized by hundreds for several yrs now.
I agree. Nothing unique here. Looks like a pretty typical modern rescue pumper. The wheelbase isn't all that short. Newer chassis have a tighter turning radius so getting around urban streets is easier.
I get your point, but all fire trucks are custom spec'd for individual departments. It is not like you are driving past a Ford Dealer and picking up a mass produced F150...
@mikemike4973 LOL. Most non-custom chassis EMS and Fire apparatus are Fords because they are more durable than GM or Stellantis (Ram) products. I have 40 years experience in Fire and EMS to back this statement up.
