I don’t mind lift trucks at all. Some people just like the look, but what is absolutely unforgivable are squatted trucks. 🤮
@@princepixel1266 that and mall crawlers. Big lifted shiny and tires that stick out. Also the tread has no chunking and is worn flat all the way across like it has never seen dirt in its life. F those trucks too. :)

And the price tag?
1.1 Million Dollars, You get 456 horsepower, 0-60 mph is 3.9 seconds, 280 miles per charge and a top speed of 155 mph.
It also weight more because of the heavy battiers, and the handling is worse.
There here are reasons why it stayed a concept, and is not an actual car you can buy. On was that the Transmission cant handle that torque (only around half that), and the production cost. Because of the 2nd fact, it isnt a good comparison, since you cant buy the Diesel Powered one, and b) its common knowledge that EV need their own design. If you try to make an EV Diesel powered, you would end up worse as well than building a car that fits the Diesel engine from the beginning. (Let alone Fuel economy comparison between those two)

That turbo is either too small or the intake is too restricted
I'm not into lifted trucks or normal trucks for that matter. But that truck crawling past the big truck and pulling it up the hill was badass. Basically, when they have a purpose lifted trucks are really cool
That truck looked like it actually saw real off road use (some dents and good dirty gear). Most of them I see don't see anything rougher than a gravel driveway....
@@ToolofSociety Most big trucks I see look like they just came off the dealers lot, polished with a clean bed. I have hauled more hardware in my civic than most trucks on the road and I've taken my civic further off road than most suv's that I see.
@@seanpeacock4290 No kidding a lot of them in my area look like trailer queens. My favorite though has to be the ones that are obviously 2WD only.
I also don't understand the trend of getting lift kits and all that only to put small street only tires on them. They seem to always have LEDs and chrome galore..
6:53 honestly have you driven one of these? The Renault Zoe is honestly great fun to drive, it handles like a small Miata, it has a great sporty suspension and weight distribution plus low center of gravity. Throttle response is fantastic with it being electric, and it trailbrakes great into corners with the regenerative braking, all the people who've tried driving mine have been surprised at how fun it is to drive.
All that and it seats 4 comfortably, and even 5 somewhat comfortably while being able to haul large goods like big leather lounge chairs, pallets and over a dozen tires.
Plus it never needs servicing, like literally at all if you want to. Very reliable too in my experience, with mine being 10 years old at this point.

This is the best video I've seen in a long while.
my first car was a 1977 Lincoln Continental, a giant land yacht that had a 7.5 liter 460 cubic inch monster that drank about 1 gallon of gas every 8 miles if you were driving calmly and far worst if you dared push the pedal down far enough to get the 4 barrel carb going, I hit a spot where there was about 4 inches of water, it wasn't hydroplaning it was worse, it became uncontrollable, didn't matter what I did, turn the wheel did nothing, brakes did nothing, just along for the ride as it went in circles at about 50 mph until I hit the side of a guard rail, the car weighed so much it went through the guard rail and into some rather large trees, thankfully it's pure mass slowed it down to the point that I didn't get hurt but it was still pretty rough, water is scary, also I drove that car home after that, it was beat to hell but still drove the same as it did before it crashed, got to give them old cars credit, they were built like tanks

That uh “no lift shifting” more often you’ll hear it referred to as “flat foot shifting” there’s companies that actually manufacture clutch kits for that very purpose and it’s not really something you typically see.

Something broke in my alfa 147 one day, I had to drive back home about 16km without accelerating because the accelerator didn't do anything, I could easily reach 60kmh. don't know what happened though, because the next day I wanted to take to the mechanic and it worked no problem, never did it again in four years.
4:04 actually the car never claimed that 0-100 time. due to the technicial limitations, they used literally the same stock transmission from an a4 of the time. at the time no transmission could handle the power and torque of the tuned v12 tdi
