they have a lot of goodies don't they? With the exception of the very first cashmere knit I bought from them YEARS ago at this point, I usually find mine start to experience some pilling around wear 3? Which is totally normal and will happen with higher priced sweaters too (my Jenni Kayne ones pill much worse and are 4x the price, and my sweater from The Row pilled first time I wore it). Safe to say based on my experience you can appreciate why I have such a positive sentiment towards their cashmere as it performs the same as my more expensive knits (with the exception of an Old Celine sweater which is pure luxury!!)
I own 4 of their cashmere sweaters and none of them have pilled. I don’t like the way they wash up tho. I hand washed on cold and laid flat and it still shrunk slightly through the body. The other 2 I’ve only dry cleaned. Will only dry clean going forward.
Wonderful video Jaime! You’ve encouraged me to try new items from Quince. I already love their leather jackets, ponte pants and sweaters. Would you mind sharing what kind of jeans you are wearing in the video? They are absolutely perfect!
I adore your personality, aesthetic and content. I do have a hard time absorbing the details of your reviews at times because you speak so quickly. Maybe it’s my age 😅
Always love your video! What's the dark wash jeans you were wearing at the very beginning? (paired with the first several pieces, cashmere sweater, coat etc.)
i'm new to your channel and enjoyed this video. I like that you mention your sizes, but it would be more helpful if you included your measurements also. thanks
Thank you! I haven't measured myself in a while but my waist is usually around 66-68cm, my hip around 91-92cm. I wear a 26 in most denim brands or a US4/S
Thank you for this and all of your videos! I have many Quince products including a (great!) carry on suitcase, two purses - I have the suede tote and love although it is not as tall as I would like and lots of sweaters, tops, even dresses. I too highly recommend the company. Question. I bought a navy cashmere throw and it is not ribbed. I’m wondering if there is another one? Seems a little lower quality. I’m off to look into the yak sweaters for the cold winter in NE Washington and the denim. 😊
Hi! If you click "size chart", it has options for palm circumference. I wasn't sure how to measure this so did a google. I think I figured I was a medium based on this.
Whats the colour of your yak wool sweater? It doesnt seem like any of the colours currently available. Wondering if its just the filters on the website. Thank you!
Hi! Quick question about Planet Express! Do you have to pay GST and if so how? Is it easy? The website comes across as a bit spammy and confusing but I assume you haven’t had any issues with them? Do you pay with PayPal? Sorry for all the questions! Oh and thank you. LOVE your videos ❤
The user experience of the website is SO clunky. Because I ship things often I did pay to upgrade my account (so I can't speak for the basic access option), but I haven't had any issues at all (sent around 10 parcels so far - all with Fedex and arrives within the week). When an item arrives, you personally complete the customs form so you can pop in whatever value you like (I haven't inputted a total value of $1000 AUD plus at this point but I suspect they will add GST and duties when paying). You can also choose what retail packaging you want to keep (choosing none is what I usually do so that I can get a smaller box/lower cost). And I pay using my visa debit card.
Edited to add that I just double checked and can't see a specific line for GST included. Shipito used to auto charge this when paying so it's possible they bundle it into the shipping fee with Planet Express?
@@mademoisellejaime Thank you for your detailed response, Jaime! It sounds like the GST isn’t anything to worry too much about. It just crossed my mind because I know Amazon US always add it on now. I might give it a whirl! Thank you so much for the ideas. We’re going to the UK for Christmas and I love the look of the hats and scarves ❄️
Unfortunately US only (given their shipping model I do wonder if they will ever ship outside of the US). I use Planet Express (planetexpress.com/?ref=324270) in order to shop from the brand. Their forwarding fees aren’t too bad compared to Shipito which I used to use.
I just wish their $50 cashmere sweater would lay flat around the collar. I find that in every pic and on everyone the collar is unable to lay flat which is super unflattering
This comment confused me as I'd never noticed this - I just tried mine on and it's laying flat BUT I will say that the way the neckline is cut, which is quite high, means that it hits the bottom of my neck where the tendons?? are. A detail I don't think I've ever paid attention to before. I forgot to include it in this video but their boatneck baby cashmere is very nice (super soft/fluffy) and that has a much wider neckline so you don't get that problem at all x
@ agree about their other sweaters. I love all of them except the $50 dollar one. It’s the only one that sits oddly on me for some reason. I still wear it but it does bother me a little. Happy thanksgiving!🦃
Subscribed! Happy to have found you. Love your dark wash jeans- where are they from? xo from Toronto
Thank you so much! Those are the arch jeans from COS x
I have liked everything I have purchased except the cashmere sweaters. Pilled up right away.

This is super helpful. Thanks so much, Jamie!
Any time! Feel free to ask any Qs you may have too x
I love Quince. Thank you for sharing, several items I haven’t tried yet.
Hehe same! They really have got so many incredible pieces (lots of others which look great that I haven’t tried either 👀)

There’s a lot that they do very well, that’s for sure! The jeans I’m wearing are these ones from COS: bit.ly/3AAarG5

Thanks for the video! For the gray Yak turtleneck, is the gray more warm or cool in person?
It has icy blue hues, but I would say runs more neutral to ever so slightly warm x
Awesome video very helpful ty!!
So glad to hear!
Too many good things Jamie, why are you doing this to me!!😂
🫣🫣🫣 You're telling me! Safe to say it's probably understandable why I love Quince so much 😅

How did you find your size in the gloves?

Sorry this is delayed! It's heather brown x

❤️❤️❤️ Also I need to reply to all your emails - I’ll finally be able to this week!
I do not know about fashions, but satin garments do suit perfectly your natural beauty.
Oh, thank you!
Does it ship to Australia or Canada? Its website says only ship in the states

I own 3 of the $50.00 sweaters and not one problem with the collars.
Can’t figure this out. I have 2 of these sweaters and looked at pictures and can’t see it.
