Calling it the Murder House doesn't do it justice. A developer could have restored it to its beautiful original state, but many are hesitant because of this label. Eventually, this house will likely be torn down. Years of abandonment have turned it into a money pit with termites, rot, and probably mold. Additionally, the plumbing and electrical systems are outdated and will need extensive work. The Amityville house was claimed to be haunted, but the last few owners restored it and reported no issues, stating the house is peaceful. It's sad to see LA's once-gorgeous Spanish mansions being replaced by Lego-style homes.
I was showing it for a client, we had access. Very hard to get into otherwise. I could see why neighbors would call, etc. while we were there, several people drove by taking pics, etc.
Such a shame that the last owners gutted it….Robbed it of any historic value.
@@ninnin261 totally agree!!!

Who died here? Was this the La Bianca house?
@@lotstodo no it’s nicknamed, “The Los Feliz” murder house. A man murdered his family with a sledgehammer back in the 50/60s in the home
