Okay, I'm not a filler fan but, G is supposed to be slice of life at heart and, well, it also could be considered as a tribute to events like Live Aid. It's weird and has some undertones of crappy idol fanbases but, at the end of the day, it did its purpose and showed a world somewhat united against Ryuzu.
If they wanted to show us a world somewhat united against Ryuzu, then they should do a better job of conveying it. This episode was literal bs. I'd much rather see Ryuzu taze Chrono again than this full-on "cute and sexy power through love and smiles" stuff that Bushiroad pulled. I couldn't even follow wth was happening in the cardfight much less the episode.
Fair point. In all honesty, I would have liked it if it took place in the Magalannica area, the festival took up the first five minutes and then Rummy Labyrinth attacked. I mean, wtf Bushiroad!? Where was Coral And Raindear?
