whenever i travel (which isn't much) i think to myself "would i like to live here?" when i get home and think about it honestly, Seattle beats 'em all. except Santa Barbara (okay, Beverly Hills and the Sunset Plaza area of Hollywood were pretty nice!!) IF i could afford to live in Santa Barbara i would move there in a heartbeat. this video shows a part of why that is so. excellent vid! if you do go, you may find it to be just like in this video, but be prepared for it to often be MUCH busier, and foggy, for a good portion of the day.
The path starts at the Bird Refuge in Montecito and is a good ride along the entire stretch of the beachfront of the downtown area. I did not check the mileage but it is a good leisurely 30-40 minute ride in each direction.
Love this Video! Totally enjoyed riding :along: on my new stationary bike in South Texas.
Thank you so much I have more rides coming.
