I have two question for you: Have you ever used PlantPax Alarm Builder to generate an alarms list generated by the tags from a controller and imported to FTView SE under FTAE? If you haven't, which method/tool do you use to make sure all have theirs alarms added to FTViewSE under FTAE or you do not duplicate existents alarms in the FTAE alarm list?
Hi Shane. Love you videos. Question: Have you every used python in your PLC project? Can you share an example. I am debating any language (either Python, C++, Java) is worth to learn for someone who is aiming to be a control engineer. Thank you!
In my opinion, Python & Java are worth learning for future projects & future growth in automation. For older environments then C++ is worth pursuing. I'm in Java & Python learning from 2020 & future
Hi sir! Please help me. I had upload a project of machine.but can not use command in Motion Group as MAJ,MAM... Although I turn on MSO..I think it disabled but I do not know where?
Please clarify what you are asking, motion controls are to a simple answer. A servo has to be in a motion group, that motion group has to be synched before any axis in that group can be used. Also, the processor has to be the time master, meaning, time synchronous. Then all of the axis in that motion group need to be setup properly. If all of that is done correctly then standard motion controls should work with no issues

Then use SQL for history along with Alarm summary for current
