Great video Barry. I really enjoyed that one. Nice to see a busy working town away from the usual tourist areas. It's what I would call proper Spain. Thanks for sharing with us.👍😀
Brilliant video. I love to see all the towns I never heard of. Myself and my wife love these video as we are planning packing up here in Ireland and moving to Spain in the next few years and theses videos show us options of so many different towns . Keep up the good work
A great Art Deco influenced (or original) main town bridge that was, The Pont de Sant Jordi. The town appears bigger than I thought it was, Google maps can be misleading 😎 However it suffers from the graffiti taggers that blights the today's times ☹️ That river banking is well designed so when the big rain storms come from the mountains/hills every few decades it saves the lower areas from severe flooding. All in all a good honest inland working town. Cheers DougT
The towns of Alicante and Murcia are usually functional, but there are towns in other regions of Spain that are much more beautiful, the white towns in the South or the medieval towns in the center of the country or the north. The bridge in Alcoy is quite boring. I recommend visiting the Ronda bridge, in Andalusia, in the south or the Portugalete bridge, in the Basque Country, in the north, or the Cuenca bridge, in the center. Those bridges are much more impressive.
Anothr excellent video Barry but you must must come back. Had u turned right rather than walk immediately over the bridge it would have taken u into the old town and the centre point of the town. Great job nevertheless, great advert for the town. The kettle is on when u come back.

Well I enjoyed that. What an interesting place. I like the mixture of architecture, it gives the place a lot more character. Thanks for showing us.😊.
