I remember the streets all being flooded during the 97 El Niño season in Long Beach as a kid. If our cities had worse drainage, it would show a lot worse.

Having moved from California to Florida a few years back, I have been through 6 major hurricanes in 10 years, and I have learned way more about them than I ever wanted to.
What category is (Major) to you? 1-5 I'm born & raised in Florida, so I've been through quite a few hurricanes but only one major category 5 my whole life being here , hurricanes arent that bad to me atleast you get 2-3weeks to prepare or leave town if u can ....I doubt you've been through 6 major hurricanes which would be considered 4 or 5 which Florida hardly gets
