calm and encore are fucking legends, they literally dropped nayaab when DHH needed it, when the whack shit was happening, the disses and poking and then there are these two ogs. the seedhe maut nation, i've been a fan of smnation from 2016 and when there were references of bayaan in nayaab. i cried, i cried alot, i laughed alot. thanks seedhe maut!! Okay, so lemme get this straight: Coming from someone who doesn't listen to Indian hip-hop that much apart from few concerning artists that I personally find worth my time, Nayaab is hands down one of my favourite albums of ALL TIME; not just in hip-hop.
I put this shit next to my top tier projects that I adore to the fullest, next to some of my favourite albums from various distinct genres, be it punk-rock albums or classic psychedelic rock'n'roll, 50s jazz and blues, alternative hip-hop or countless other intricate genres that I have fallen in love with over the time. Nayaab is an affluent project crafted with such love and care it makes me kind of proud that such music is coming out from our country and the fact that it represents our culture, talks about us as a society is something that's personal to us as well. This for sure is gonna have an indelible impact among people who will actually give a single penny of their time and efforts to truly delve onto the album. The way Abhijay and Siddhant have put their deepest fears, personal mental possessions that they've been carrying everyday and gave it a form of life by music is bewildering. On the contrary to that, it celebrates life too. Sez's musical ingenuity is crazy and he's officially 'The Alchemist' of India.

Tbh call me biased idc but none of the sm prohect were random every projects they made had certain theme like bayaan, n mixtape n now nayaab idk much about 2 ka pahada but i can still listen to them. Even their songs of every stages ages well. Launde heerey baawe bhukhe they scene hi kha gye. ❤✨

Nayaab is hands down Seedhe Maut and Sez’s masterpiece 💞 I said this when they dropped Bayaan “ I don’t know how they’re gonna top this” and they proved me wrong in ways I cannot imagine. These “teen dost” are definitely DHH legends and I can’t wait to listen to them for my entire life 🕊
NAYAAB is DHH’s gem 💎 It’s gonna be remembered as history in upcoming years. I was so high that day when Nayaab was released and the moment I started listening to the album, i was on another dimension surfing through planets to planets thinking about the different perspectives and personas they put in their songs. The songs which really hit me were Hoshiyar, GodKode, Rajdhani, Kohra, and Batti.
This is not just an album
Its a history.
This isn't one of the best albums of DHH, this is the best album of DHH imo. From lyrics to production, it's a masterpiece. It was so cinematic that I could almost visually imagine the trio growing in front of me in the streets of delhi even though I've never been to delhi in the first place.

Just like the "Pados ki Aunty" that featured on the FIRST track of Bayaan and the LAST track of Nayaab, We also hear a small skit vice versa.
There is this man (which I guess is MoJoshi) in the last song, Chalta reh from Bayaan, who's talking about SM as " two 20 something guys not being a sellout and keeping it real". That's how the album ends
The same guy comes back in the beginning of the first track of Nayaab to tell them "You've made it"
This adds to the things that make this album a complete flip of the previous.

Such a great analyzation of NAYAAB by Rohan. Quite impressed how he covered the small things of the album , which most of the listeners were unaware about.
He forgot the poetry used in their songs. Marne ke baad bhi is one the best song ever. The only drawback I had from this album is that it is too early imo. Abhi toh bohot upar udna hai london ne. Itni choti legacy ni hai inn londo ki.
also, adding a song like anaadi in nayaab maybe shows ki they've come this far so much time has passed since bayaan released yet the society's still the same.
