HSK is a Chinese language level certificate. You need to have HSK 3 first and then you can apply.

@@jackiemgroup2171 how can a complete beginner even get good scores in HSK? Taiwan Chinese Language Huayu enrichment scholarship does not have any HSK requirement when studying in Taiwan (China). So why does the Mainland require complete beginners to pass HSK exams before applying for the scholarship?
@@Carbuncle0168 this scholarship is not for beginner, it’s for those who want to be a Chinese teacher in the future. And if you want to study Chinese language for free, there are many ways. Study on TH-cam, or find some colleges in China they also can provide partial scholarship on Chinese language program
