Thank you Alexis for the demo and recording (nice video camera dynamics by the way.). I received mine 4 days ago from Guitar Center, It's a dream guitar. The truss rod needed some adjustment after about a day of acclimating to my house, but this is a superb instrument. First time I own a guitar with active pickups and a Floyd Rose, so it was a bit of a risk for me, but it just plays great. I am not a metal guy but its natural high gain and the Sustainiac magic are very useful to my prog/ambient style, it plays a bit à la Robert Fripp :-).
Well it’s very fun, and sounds very cool, you willl only get single coil sound at the neck position when the sustainiac is off. When it’s on sounds like a humbucker. You have a knob that lets you decide the amount of sustainiac effect you want.
So after all I decided to go with the Hellraiser hybrid c-1. The one without the floyd rose. I ordered it straight from Schecter but its taking quite some time just to process the order so I'm not quite sure what to do or if I should just cancel and try and find it on some other site. Been almost a week. Also I felt like maybe owning a floyd rose isn't the right time yet.
@@intending2burn go to sweetwater.com they have with Floyd, I texted with schecter when I was about to buy it and they told me everything is on back order. Plus having a sustainiac and no Floyd it could be not to much fun. My advice, get it with the floyd rose. Good luck with that
Yeah I will definitely have to check that out. The one I ordered doesn't have a sustaniac it has emg 57 and emg 66 but its still the hellraiser hybrid c-1 model. Well if all else fails im just gonna cancel my order and order from Sweetwater. Thank you for all your help I appreciate it.

Is that two volume knobs and one tone knob or two tone knobs and a volume?
Neither. That’s one volume knob, one tone Knob and one intensity knob for the Sustainiac effect
