Why would a game being live, effect the open raise size from a theoretical perspective?

It shouldn't (from a purely theory perspective)

are there rake considerations that might make completing the SB "worse" ?

Lets say BTN open 2,5x and BB 3bet for 13bb ... what is a decent defending range ?

Why do we think the solver prefers on the smaller RFI from early position rather out of position? It's a complete flip of conventional justificiation.

    Nice bullet points! Nice timestamps!
Weazle talking about MDA/ player pool trends would be cool 😎

Sorry but as BB I'm not folding to a SB complete. Oops that one must have slipped by editing. Seriously though, good video but the 13bb 3b from BB makes me nervous but most adaptions usually do at first. I just really hate playing oop. Nice job guys, keep up the good work.

I believe it's talking about BB folding to complete/raise. I.e. SB completes then raises vs a BB ISO :)
