Sir, can you please clarify about the name of this particular raga Bhinna Shadaj.Shadaj means sa and this swar has no komal or tivra.It is always shuddha.So,why this name Bhinna Shadaj ?
The raga has three names. Bhinna sadja, hindoli and kaushik dhwani. So it is not sure that the meaning of the name has anything to do in many cases. Yes at least I do not know if that has any reason. It has all shudha swaras. S g m d n s/ s n d m g s.
