TTI Culturally Competent Community of Learning (CCCL): Effective DEIB Planning & Unwhite Leadership

The Transformation Transfer Initiative (TTI) is proud to host the Culturally Competent Community of Learning (CCCL) in FY2024. In this session, Effective DEIB Planning & Unwhite Leadership, Alex Atkinson, Emily Bero, and Mashal Kleven from Hope Solutions discuss how they co-created an effective DEIB Plan, and what made it successful (as evidenced by a 95%-100% staff satisfaction rate over the past three years). In this session, the DEIB Plan is shared within the context of white leadership (the DEIB Officer at Hope Solutions is a heterosexual, cisgendered white man) and how white people in leadership positions can work to co-create welcoming and inclusive work environments.
