- Breathtaking recitation of Surah Maryam (19th Chapter of The Holy Quran) by Sheikh Mishary bin Rashid Alafasy. This recitation was recorded in Taraweeh of 1421 H.
This Surah is named after Mary, the mother of Jesus, who appears in verses 16-34. It goes over the birth of John (The Baptist), Jesus, and the mention of Abraham's plea to his Father to recognize Gods oneness. Also mentions many known prophetic figures.

وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِي صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهِمُ الأَنْهَارُ وَقَالُواْ الْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَـذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللّهُ لَقَدْ جَاءتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَنُودُواْ أَن تِلْكُمُ الْجَنَّةُ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
And We shall remove whatever of ill-feeling is in their hearts -- rivers flow beneath them. And they say: All praise is due to Allah, Who guided us to this! And we would not have found the way if Allah had not guided us. Certainly the messengers of
our Lord brought the truth. And it will be cried out to them: This is the Garden which you are made to inherit for what you did.

Amazing recitation-a gift from Allah to recite like that. Man I wish I understood Arabic...do dua i get to learn arabic language. It's wierd arabic for muslims, we can read it but not understand it. Sheikh saab ما شاء الله

I used sony vegas for this video, and the arabic font i used was the indopak one. My other videos I just use windows movie maker, the old version, because its just simple lol. I basically googled for the indopak arabic font to download and use on sony vegas. Then, I just watched a tutorial on how to set that up. Hope I helped. AssalamuAlaykum

+Khayam look up the surahs mishary rashid recited in the year 1421. they all sound similar to this recitation style. There are only a few surahs though from that year.

John is Zakaria's son... Zakaria's wife was sterile ... so the miracle is that God made a sterile give birth to a child "John" when she was old.
Jesus is Maryam's son & fatherless ... the miracle is that God created Jesus from a mother only, with no father. Just Like Adam was created from nothing but clay.

It's his old recitation, this is how he used to recite before.
Surah Al Maryam was revealed to Rasool allahi to explain who Maryam alayha Salam really was! She was a pure woman and worshipped Allah and never said she was the mother of God! Like the christians claimed! also to tell the people of the book who was essa ibnu Maryam Alayhi asalam and what he was! He said i am the slave of Allah he gave me the book and me Nabiyaan! And he made blessed where ever I may be and enjoined upon Salah and zakati as long as I'm Alive! And made me kind to my mother and and did not make me jabbbaran shaqqiyah! And peace be upon me they say I was borned and the day I shall Day and the day I shall be raised!
Typos sorry! Surah Maryam is the truth! It's revealed for us as Ummat Muhammad pbuh! If only ahlal kitab would be like us as Ummat Muhammad pbuh and take the shahada! They only commit shirk in Allah Swt, and they say of Allah of which they have no knowledge! That's why they are not of Ummat Muhammad pbuh!
