  • Thank you for watching this week’s episode!
    If you are new here, hi! We are Jade and Jarvis travelling Australia in our 79 series Landcruiser!
    In today’s video, we show you the set up of our home on wheels and give you a canopy tour!
    We are 6 months into our trip around Australia so we show you things we love and the things we could have left behind.
    We take you on a tour through our canopy set up and show you exterior add ons to our 79 Series Landcruiser we are travelling in.
    Jarvis is the mastermind behind the whole interior and we are still obsessed with how well our set up has been for us!
    We hope you enjoyed today’s episode and we look forward to seeing you every Sunday with a new episode of our travel journey.

    Hi guys great video ,i have just bought a 2004 single cab 79 and have a similar set up canopy how is the weight of your set up or do you have a GVM upgrade

      @OffChartTouring  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@PhillWilcox I had did some calculations and reckon I should be under GVM, hadn’t been on a weigh bridge, no GVM upgrade but have got some heavy duty springs in the back.

    How comfy is the mattress in the roof top tent ? What sort is it in these tents…foam or memory foam ? Thanks good video btw 👍🏻

    • @OffChartTouring
      @OffChartTouring  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey Neil ! Thanks a lot for watching,
      We found the base mattress from bush company was not going to be enough for such a long trip, it is labeled as a “dual layered medium and super density foam”. We kept this as extra support and for on the top we went to Clark rubber and picked up really comfy topper and got them to cut it to size best suited for our roof top tent. The bush company roof top tents have plenty of room for the both layers + doona and pillows and it still closes with ease, whereas some roof top tents would not allow that much to be closed inside.

      @@OffChartTouring Hi just to point out we’re from the uk but we’re hiring a 4wd rooftop tent in Darwin…the 4wd set up is similar to what you guys have hence my question…so you probably answered as if we were from oz…we wish! Thanks for the info and the video as I found it to very useful in what we can’t expect for our NT a road trip 🤗 following you guys now as I enjoyed your videos (got a few more to watch) but keep up the good work and safe travels…looking forward to your adventure 🙌🏻🤗
