The word of GOD does not say pray to the dead for they are resting, but pray to the Almighty Jehovah through his loving, faithful son JESUS. But all in all a fantastic inspirational movie. Her mother showed the seed of kindness toward many and her daughter lived to benefit from it. We should all be encouraged to be kind to one another without being weary.

I wish there were more people like Mannie in the world, and it didn't show that Mannie git help, but I remember him saying that he had lived like this for 10 yrs. He was so additive to the way his life was that he was contents and didn't want to worry anyone. There are lots of homeless people like that and GOD BLESSES them better than the ones who can help themselves but won't bc homeless people can really, really tell you about life and how hard it is!🙌

It didn’t show Mannie getting off the streets because he didn’t have faith to get off the streets. He still blame himself for the tragedy that killed his family. He say God is good but he didn’t show that God is good. It was just words he spoke but he didn’t really believe it. Otherwise Mannie would take his own advice like the advice he gave Maya and get off the streets. You gonna say God is good, then show God is good. 👏🏽💯
Very so real movie. Homeless is a situation that should never be ignored. It could happened so fast. It came close for me and it could happen to me in the near future!!!
Why are my tears 😢😢flowing. Such a strong 💪message in the story line. Never a dull 😑moment. Acting was heartfelt. Honestly am not really a trust in God person . I don't really have much faith. But maybe just maybe watching your movie something will awaken in my soul. Keep them coming Maverick

I loved the movie. It was about REAL life. Not all the nice nice Christian jargon. Christ came for the unsaved NOT the saved. This movie demonstrates that God takes care of us just as we are. Uncleaned, dirty, sinful, etc. THEN HE CLEANS US UP CAUSE WE CAN'T DO IT OURSELVES. " I once was lost...BUT NOW I'M FOUND. I WAS BLIND , BUT NOW I SEE. IT WAS GOD'S AMAZING GRACE THAT BROUGHT ME /US THINGS FAR & GRACE WILL LEAD ME ON. AMEN. KEEPING IT REAL!!

Powerful story. A cruel reminder of what goes on in the world and shows that some people can win through.
Angels come in all forms...beautiful movie. The beginning was rough with all the cursing and stuff but once you get throught it the story unfolds beautifully.

This is absolutely devastatingly sad!! I was homeless and been through similar and there are so many pigs out there that take advantage of little girls even when they're only 12 years old!! I'm looking forward to the day of judgment for those people though I forgive them all
One of the realist Christian movies I've seen. The actors were so genuine. Good movie. Teens should esp watch, so they will know what's out there. ✌❤🙏

@@Michelle-pn9xtthat is the problem we have to show the youth movies like this so they can be aware of what is out there. I grew in the church and it kinda sheltered me from real issues like this. Lifetime before it became a channel alot of the movies were shown on NBC and ABC but NBC would show the movies that show situations like this but not in a spiritual view point and the youth needs to know about this so they can be aware... Plus it is a good visual aide reading the Bible

I love this movie it was so touching. I made my daughter watch it. I've always been over protective when it comes to her, and i needed her to see things that can happen and and to be aware of certain situations. We are stil crying. God is good all the time and all the time God is good.

The movie is about Maya who was in trouble if it was not for the Lord placing Manny in her path but young girls get in situations that they have no idea what they are getting into and Maya felt that she needed this guy because she had nowhere else to turn remember she was angry at God because her mom was gone, we turn our backs on God but He is always there for us. It is not a typical christian movie but it was about what happens in real life.
I definitely agree. It is not a CHRISTIAN movie. Though the homeless man Manny did tell Maya God is good but he didn’t believe it himself because he chose to stay on the streets when he had every opportunity to get off the streets and the lady Ms. Althea who supposedly helped Maya get off the streets set a bad example by going into church and kneel down praying to an idol god. And Maya watched her and did the same thing kneeling down and praying to idol god. 🙄🙄🙄.
I pray to God that I come across a loving, caring guy like Manny.

Reality check, profanity is used in this world, we must stay prayerful for a more meaningful LIFE. The LOVE and FAITH that is shared in the movie is POWERFUL. I'm so GRATEFUL that our UNIVERSE EMBRACES US.
Sometimes God send us Guardian Angels to help us find our way. Manny is being blessed by God, that's why God sent Maya his way. Manny's reward is stored in heaven because he has a good heart & humble the way God want us to be.

My brother said the same thing that God didn't help him in jail and prison, but God did help when I sent money. God provided me with jobs (jobs) so I could provide for my family!
When I turned my life to CHRIST JESUS, my life instantly started changing for the better! Instead of drugs and alcohol and doing without needed items my daughter and I are doing so much better by the Grace of God and I even help my Momma the best that I can ❤️

It hurt me when he killed Mrs. Althea. And Maya's part was fantastic! We all make mistakes in this world, we all fall short, but God is there to pick us up! The story line is ok for what others are facing. But for a follower of Jesus i did not feel too good because of all the curse words in it. I stopped it when it got to the part where the lady said she goes to church a certain amount of time to ask her "dead mom" for guidance. God is not for the dead but for the living, you ask our Saviour for guidance and protection and have faith and believe he will do so not a dead person. I grew up thinking such things was ok until I learn during my walk with him that it is not so. We should not honor the dead in no way.. that practice is of the devil. Being out in the world made be realize how much I need my Father God. He is the best Dad anyone can ask for. Everyone needs him, whether we see or not. No matter our situation. Remember when Jesus was here who are the people he was around most. He did that for a reason. He said he came for the sick not for the healthy. We always try to be mad at him for our circumstances. I know I was mad at him for so many years of my life until I realize all the test he had given me I failed them. I sinned against him but yet he was still there waiting on me to turn back to him. His arms were wide open waiting. I don't want to live without him. Remember this world is not our home anymore we are just passing through. Jesus made sure that he prepared a home for all who will accept him. If we love him we have to obey God. We can't try to do our own will anymore, the Lord makes the decisions in our lives. We have to make sure we depend on him only not ourselves or others. He will proviede.

Amen! I’m 43 years old and my mother taught me that! My brother passed away and she doesn’t spend a lot of time at the cemetery and she told me the Lord said you don’t talk to dead people and I now know this to be true!
The point of movie is to show us that there are many Christians who do go to church but don't know who to pray to. I grew up in such a family when my grandma was a minister on the first seat in church, paying tithe,singing all hymns but,had a shrine and a killer. She used to send me do witchcraft by bewitching people and making parties to remember the dead. I grew up in fear thinking the dead had power and authority to what God created until I met Christ Jesus.

Very good movie but I don't understand why they did not help Mannie, like provide him with housing, mental health counseling and clean him up. They only helped Maya. I don't understand.
