Hey man, i can explain you how to choose your key rune, electrocute/hail of blades. So basically if you think you gonna reach the target easily without hesitation, then go electrocute if not cause of mobile champions or champs with good cc, its better to go hail of blades. In general, electrocute scales better than hob does. So for the little runes, you can flex a lot but you‘ll see here that they are the most common and best for lane pressure and damage for ekko.
