Brooooo!!! I have a huge white oak to take down this week and we're keeping the rounds for fire wood. You just me tons of time, and a sore back!!! Thank you!!
Holy shit, i bought a dolly a little while ago and i was stacking the wood on the flat side and it would fall all over the place, just to put them on the side is a game changer. Thanks brother
Been doing that forever with ALL Kinds of wood pieces both small and large. I once even wheeled some onto my trailer with a flat tire on the hand truck and never needed rope. But good video anyway 👍
Always use the best tool suited for the job! I often do removals in small backyards in the city where large equipment isn’t an option. In that case, a small dolly like this is the only thing that will fit between some fence gates and over stone steps on the property. I used to work for a company where guys were too “lazy” to bring the dolly to the job. They ended up bear hugging logs for most of the afternoon on bigger removals.
If I cut 16 inch wood, the smaller wood I stack 3 high and hand truck it, or cut 48 inch logs and hand truck. The big wood I set on end and hand truck. No need for a rope. I have a crane with log tongs to set em in the truck. Saves yer back a lot of grief .
Came to TH-cam to learn how to move big heavy logs. Thanks!
Thanks for watching!
Not enough people show this side of arborist work. This is incredibly helpful, thanks for making this video!
Thanks for the feedback!!

"Кравчучка" завжди допоможе у подібних випадках. Також користуюся дрова возити з гаражу у котельну.
Nice one mate😉

Maybe figure out a way to use a garden tractor along with the dolly to transport your cuts
I’ve done it! It’s super handy when you have a lawn tractor around!
I think I'll keep using the loader bucket and 3-point carry-all on my tractor instead!
=O)
...but, yeah, go with what you got. 👍
