This van really does tick all the boxes. We are also finding everything is an option on many manufacturers....I think we spoke with Sam at the show we but have Mark Mc's card, so will get in touch to visit the Sunny Coast.
Hi Chris, I am really interested why you didn't design the van with a 100% flat floor? No wheel boxes would give that extra storage and is simpler to manufacture in and outside. The other thing we learned after years of travelling. Forget amber. Red Light works much better against a wider range of insects. Same on the inside, all lights should be in three dimmable colours, white, amber, and red. We have added LED strip lights, including the bathroom, into our Sunseeker. Now, we can actually keep the windows open while off-grid by setting them to red.
Flat floors are a manufacturers benefit sold as being a benefit to the customer. Flat floors make the van far easier to build and cheaper to build. The massive downside is the centre of gravity is raised considerably causing many ownership challenges such as instability when towing, (far more susceptible to sway) instability offroad (remember the wheels are in the centre of van, if there's is a rut the van will tilt far more, wheels don't not articulate like a car where they are in each corner of the vehicle. ) Minimum height when parked even with airbags deflated, getting in and out of van is still like climbing a ladder. Using external items like tool boxes or kitchens are much higher especially for shorter women. Flat floors should only be a LAST RESORT for vans that use centre ensuite to allow full hight shower above wheels to maintain lower ball load. All other applications are for manufacturers benefit.
Our factory is in Coolum, factory tours can be arranged with our sales team for prospective buyers. Every person who has visited our factory has been so impressed they bought a van.
Okay, I just watched both videos internal and external. With so many world firsts and industry leading innovations in this new Vision RV. I really need to know what’s your price on this van as presented??
$149,990 on road. If you do up a comparison table in excel you will see we are far cheaper then other vans with inferior materials and build techniques.
Brilliant, composting toilet as standard. Noticed a few things, why is the A/C mounted so far rearward? The Sink does n to have a draining board?
