Risk Mitigation Measures for Water Systems - LCRR

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has stated that lead service line replacements (LSLR) are associated with short-term elevated drinking water lead levels for some period of time after replacement. To combat these elevated lead levels and ensure that LSLR are completed properly, risk reduction measures (RMM) have been developed for water systems to implement.
