Thanks man, yah not the answer for everyone, but definitely has a negative connotation for many in the industry when it really shouldn't. It's come a long ways over the years and can be a great business minded move for a lot of scenarios
It's so dependent on what you need it would be hard share an exact price point. Also different companies price differently. I would say for a one song highlight, ceremony edit, and reception edit you are looking at $550 - $1100. Obviously if you don't need the doc edits and do highlight only you are looking at less than that, maybe $350-$750 or so. These companies make their pricing pretty available though...worth browsing through or reaching out to them!
What are your guys' thoughts on outsourcing? Anyone still hesitant to try it?
Great video 😊
Great video and review... you actually answered all my questions!
Thanks man!
Awesome video man. I've been considering this for a long time and this video was helpful.
Glad it helped! I definitely think it's at least worth considering, and likely worth testing out at least once.
I’ve really been considering doing this recently - this video could not have come at a better time!
Haha that's awesome! Hopefully it helped!
Good review man. Outsourcing is definitely a step that most people need to take once they're at a certain level. Well put together and well spoken 👌💕

Would you be willing to share what the different price points for editing from these editors were?

@@BobbyBurns Can you just get a doc edit? I love making the trailers, its the doc edits I feel like I drag my knuckles on.
@@pacificpinefilms Totally can!
I should never outsource. Everything I do is own and created by me.
Unless your style is incredibly unique it's at least worth considering...
@@BobbyBurns I understand. I'm from reddit and always love your videos, no offense.
@@awillingvessel238 Oh none taken at all! I love the discussion!
