Some traveled to come to the opening. It would have been nice if they were prepared with bag lunches and drinks, also t-shirts/ sweatshirts etc. To sell to the people waiting in line. Next time.😊

there should have been someone out there on a mobile POS (using a hotspot) taking orders and giving people numbers. then walking though the line calling out the number to deliver the sandwich, the person having to present the numbered ticket. someone could have been walking through the line handing out samples. etc etc. there are a million other ways this could have been done better, esp after asking professionals or being in the industry themselves. they sound arrogant and smug about their shop. good luck.

You are not out of pocket. These girls never seemed astute or particularly hard working. To treat people that way is very disrespectful, regardless.they found fame by shear luck. If this is how they handle this it probably doesn’t bode well for the rest of their endeavors after the fame dwindles. Missed opportunities and a shame.

First time seeing you. Great job!! First ?, what did you do in line for 4 hours? I can’t imagine. No, I am not joking. That’s crazy. Even if it was a lobster dinner, I would never wait so long. You had some excellent ideas merch in the alley way, drinks and snacks, etc. No garbage cans. Yuck! I think they could walk outside and take some pics. What an awful experience! So sorry for you and the time you can never get back.
Why bother giving them great ideas, Those two either just don’t care or they don’t have a clue? You must have rocks in your head to stand in line for a 4 freakin hours for a silly sandwich.. No sandwich is worth that geezus ?😳🥴

It's totally normal - clearly this Karen has never worked in hospitality or customer service. It doesn't take much common sense to realise a TINY sandwich shop with that much hype would have some teething problems & sell out on their very first day. She showed up AN HOUR & A HALF after they were supposed to open also - this Karen is an entitled b. She clearly didn't like them before she went & just wanted to trash their business - I bet if she did get served she'd be finding things to complain about regardless

This shop wasn’t meant to last long. It was a storyline. Filming ended. It sounds like Ariana’s busy with other opportunities while Katie is serving sandwiches. It was a storyline, and soon you won’t see Katie either. They will close it and say it’s because of the problem of having such a small shop with too many customers or some such thing! It was a storyline!

They weren’t treated like trash. They went out, talked to the fans, handed out water etc. There are videos of it all over the internet. Get some help, and stop slandering other women. You are really aggressive over a sandwich. Maybe arrive earlier. Seems like you need a therapist not a sandwich 🤡

Lair lair lair lair lair lair…..food is awesome and cute but you know that there will be a crazy wait…. A new Whataburger opens up in Texas and it’s a two hour wait but anything new requires patients if you want to be one of the first ones…. The Mel and chic salad was amazing hopefully they get on Uber eats soon

Why are you so mad? Sounds like you already don’t like Ariana. Waiting in line for 4 hours generally means you aren’t getting in. Franklin’s BBQ in Austin is the same. You wanted free stuff just because you stood in line. Bring your own water! Wow this is just a salty. They kept telling you they are closing at 4. Never go anywhere opening day. Wait a few weeks and go. I hate this energy you’ll bringing to Peter’s network. Yikes.
